If you are on the first floor you here all the kids running all day long and there parents don't do anything, then you complaint to management or security officer and they do not a darn thing.

Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Now for the items that aren't great. Noise level is horrible, walls are VERY thin.
This is my first time renting an apartment on my own and on top of that I moved from Ohio to South Carolina with no family members in the area. This could've been a very horrible experience but Krystal and the other Overlook staff have been welcoming and helpful! I am a personal trainer at Golds Gym and we are not paid by the hour but only by commission so the first month is a bit tricky to get clients and get on my feet. It just takes a huge weight off my shoulders!

However, the walls are very thin and whenever someone over 90 pounds walks or talks it's heard.
